The 2018 ADELAIDE EASTER CLASSIC BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT will be held from 30th March to April 2nd, 2018 at various Adelaide stadiums. This tournament is fully endorsed by Basketball SA as South Australia’s traditional Easter tournament.

The Adelaide Easter Classic is for Girls & Boys, U12 to U18 of all levels & competencies. For the first time this year, we will now also include a seniors section for the serious social players.
As the premier tournament in South Australia, the Easter Classic attracts teams from leading clubs from across Australia, giving rise to a competition of the highest calibre. It’s timing means that it gives participants the best opportunity to prepare for things like State Championships, the Classics, and U14 Australian Club Nationals.
The Easter Classic will be organised in four grades: Championship, A Grade, B Grade & C Grade. These will only run if we have sufficient entries.
All Championship grades will play fully timed 8 minute quarters (U12’s will be 7 minutes). All non-championship grades will run 10 minute quarters. All teams are guaranteed a minimum of five games.
Accredited umpires will referee all games. Should any team have basketball referees wishing to participate, please con- tact [email protected].
To register and pay, please go to www.easterclassic.com.au. Team nominations and fees to be paid by 9th March 2018. Teams will forfeit their playing fee if they withdraw after the draft draw has been published.
