This form is for players who have been contacted by Norwood Basketball Club to complete.

The intention to play fee is $70 per player which will be deducted from your 2022 fees.

Juniors

2022 Fees: $840.00

Payable in 2 lump sum payments, or via monthly direct debit.

2 instalments of $420.00
Monthly direct debit $70.00 / month

Seniors

2022 Fees: $600.00

Payable in 2 lump sum payments, or via monthly direct debit.

2 instalments of $300.00

2022 Payment Method*

A $70 payment is required to secure your child's playing spot for 2022. This amount will be deducted from your 2022 fees, which can be paid either in monthly instalments of $70 or half-yearly instalments of $420.
