We’re excited to bring back the Flames Breakfast Club for Term 2, running from the week of May 4th through to June 29th.
At $115 for the term (just $14.38 per session), it’s a simple, high-value way for players to get consistent extra work in across the term.
Sessions will be led by Miles Pearce, the current Norwood Flames Men’s NBL1 Head Coach. With over 25 years in the game as both a professional player and coach, Miles brings elite experience, including leading the New Zealand Junior Tall Blacks and building his own skills academy TRUE HOOPS.
Having someone operating at that level leading these sessions is a huge opportunity for our athletes.
This program is open to all Norwood Red and Blue squad athletes and is built around consistent, focused skill development, including:
- Shooting and scoring finishes
- Ball handling and decision making
- Strength, balance and coordination
- Game breakdowns (pick & roll, playing off screens)
- Footwork and post play
- Defence
- Small-sided, competitive play
