Shooting guard Paige Keenihan has re-signed for NBL1 season 2022 with the Flames!
Averaging 6 points per game, Paige is a knock-down shooter and known as a high IQ player on the court.
At 23 years old, Paige is another one of the Flames’ returning young core from last season.
Paige had a season high 17 points against Woodville. She was a calming presence off the bench and will give Coach Terry McNamara another option in her offence.
Paige said:
“I’m excited to see what this season will bring for our team and build upon our accomplishments of last season.”
Coach Terry McNamara about Keenihan’s resigning:
“Paige has a great basketball mind and provides reliability and aggression to the team on defence. She is an offensive threat from the perimeter and is always prepared to put her body on the line for the benefit of the team.”
With another core piece in place, the Flames are mounting up a highly competitive roster, with playing finals basketball the goal.
