Jack Hemphill Skills Sessions
These Skills Sessions are a great opportunity for players to learn from one of our NBL1 players and further develop their skills.
These sessions are small groups with a maximum of 12 players per session, and will cover, individual offence, how to create for yourself and others, as well as shooting technique.
Sessions will be run throughout the NBL1 season
Where: Monday and Wednesday mornings @ The ARC
Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons @ Burragah
Sunday afternoons @ The ARC
Days and Times:
Mornings – Monday and Wednesday
6:00am – 7:00am Maximum of 12 Athletes
7:00am – 8:00am Maximum of 12 Athletes
Afternoons – Tuesday and Wednesday
4:00pm – 5:00pm Maximum of 12 Athletes
Sunday
12:30pm – 1:30pm Maximum of 12 Athletes
1:30pm – 2:30pm Maximum of 12 Athletes
2:30pm – 3:30pm Maximum of 12 Athletes
