We are pleased to welcome Ray White North Adelaide as a Community Sponsor of the Norwood Basketball Club.
For any sale related to or referred by a Norwood Basketball Club (NBC) Member with Ray White North Adelaide, NBC shall receive the following commission payments to the club as part of the Community Sponsorship:
– Land sale, under $400,000 = $500
– Land sale, over $400,001= $1000
– Home sale, under $400,000= $500
– Home sale, $400,001 to $999,999= $1000
– Home sale, $1,000,000 and over= $1500
– Rentals= 1 weeks’ worth of rent (per year of rental agreement) – this also covers commercial properties, for lease and sale also, in line with the above categories.
Any funds received will be allocated to projects and specific needs within the club, focusing on the grassroots / junior development of the club.
For NBC to be eligible for the club commission, the Club Member or referred family/friends simply needs to mention Norwood Basketball Club to Ray White North Adelaide and inform the Norwood Basketball Club.
