- I understand the loan uniform is the property of Norwood Basketball Club.
- I agree to wear the uniform only for games.
- I agree to keep the uniform in good condition and not make any alterations.
- I agree not to lend the uniform to any other person without permission from the club.
- I understand that any uniform order placed with Apelle will not be provided until the loan uniform is returned. Once returned and assessed by the club I will then be entitled to a refund of the deposit amount paid. In the event the uniform is lost or damaged then the deposit will be forfeited to the club. I understand that a clearance can be declined based on the uniform being returned.
